Alex Mushaba is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over seven years of experience in auditing, taxation, financial reporting, payroll, corporate governance, and business advisory. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Mushaba Consulting, he leads the firm in delivering practical, ethical, and value-driven solutions that help clients achieve compliance and sustainable growth.
Alex completed his SAICA articles at Motlanalo Chartered Accountants and Auditors, where he led engagements across both private and public sectors. He was pivotal in SAICA trainee management and the leadership of audit teams, while also gaining exposure to assurance and advisory methodologies through Motlanalo's strategic collaboration with EY. His experience spans private companies, municipalities, public entities, government departments, and non-profit organisations.

Sibongile Nhleko

Sibongile Nhleko is an Accounting and Administration Associate at Mushaba Consulting, bringing valuable experience in administration, financial operations, stock control, and customer service. She has worked across the automotive, retail, research, and customer support sectors, developing strong organisational, administrative, and client service skills.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing the Strategic Professional level of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development. She has also completed Sage 50 Pastel Intermediate training. At Mushaba Consulting, Sibongile supports clients through accounting administration, document management, financial record keeping, client support, and office operations, ensuring that every engagement is handled efficiently and professionally.

Nqobile Njilo
Senior Bookkeeper & Accounting Associate
Nqobile Njilo is a dedicated accounting professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, payroll, and public sector financial management. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, providing financial support across bookkeeping, creditor and debtor management, payroll administration, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.
She currently serves as a Bookkeeper, where her responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, processing VAT and PAYE, preparing payslips, managing cashbooks, reconciling accounts, processing supplier payments, and supporting SARS registrations and compliance. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience at the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Treasury, where she was involved in municipal financial reporting, MFMA compliance, budget monitoring, reconciliations, and public finance administration. Nqobile is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting through the University of South Africa and is committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and client-focused financial solutions that help businesses maintain compliance and achieve sound financial management.
